We are a brand-new social care provider for children’s services, founded in 2023, who will be opening our first homes in 2024.
Our goal is to offer children’s social care services for solo children and young people - specialising in children and young people aged 8-17 years old with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
Acedia Care aims to provide a safe and happy home-from-home for young people in our care, with the goal being that these young people will feel proud and comfortable to call this their long-stay home. Our aspiration, through our bespoke offering of solo children’s homes, is to empower, grow and develop our young people!
We want to give our young people the freedom and opportunity to lead the decision-making within their lives, whilst making sure that their voices are always listened to and acknowledged.
We’ll ensure that all of the needs of the young people in our care are met with a holistic, loving approach in order to support them and enable their success.
We’re committed to working in partnerships with specialists, families, and young people to have a meaningful impact on the lives of the children we support.
