Dean Leitch
Dean brings almost a decade of experience within the residential care sector, having progressed through a range of roles throughout his career.
He began as a Residential Support Worker within an Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties home before progressing to Deputy Manager.
In 2022, Dean became the Registered Manager of a four bed Learning Disabilities home, and in 2025, took on dual registration for a second four bed LD home, further strengthening his experience in managing and overseeing residential care services.
Having recently joined Acedia as Operations Manager, Dean works closely with Kerry and the wider management team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, providing guidance and support to managers, and playing an important role in the company's continued growth and expansion.
With his extensive hands on experience and strong understanding of the residential care sector, Dean is committed to supporting high quality care and helping Acedia continue to develop and deliver positive outcomes for the people it supports.
