An accomplished social care leader with nearly 30 years of sector experience.
Kerry has worked across the voluntary, public, and private sectors, leading services that support vulnerable adults, children, and young people. Her expertise spans children's residential care, safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, learning disabilities, and organisational leadership.
Kerry has held Director and Responsible Individual positions within children's services across the Northeast, successfully driving quality improvement and leading services to achieve outstanding outcomes. She is recognised for building high-performing teams, strengthening governance, and creating nurturing environments where children can achieve their full potential.
Qualified with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree, Kerry is passionate about developing values-led organisations that combine excellence, compassion, and accountability. Her unwavering focus is on ensuring that children and young people receive exceptional care and the opportunities they deserve to succeed.
